RMHC of WNY has a set of guidelines we ask all individuals and organizations to follow when fundraising on behalf of our mission.

Proposed fundraising events must not conflict with the cause, mission, and values of RMHC of WNY.
If you want to use the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York logo, you must request permission and artwork from us by emailing Darlene at [email protected]. All copies of posters, flyers, tickets, forms, etc., must be approved by our Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York BEFORE printing or distribution.
We require completion of the Fundraising Event Request Form for review before authorization to conduct an event.
