What We Do
With your help, we provide families with better access to the care their sick child needs.

Each year, more than 500 individuals stay at our Buffalo House located at 780 West Ferry Street in downtown Buffalo just minutes away from Oishei Children’s Hospital, Sisters of Charity Hospital, Erie County Medical Center, and Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Located on the fifth floor of John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital, our Ronald McDonald Family Room is a welcoming, home-like space for families steps away from their children in the hospital. As guests enter the room, RMHC of WNY volunteers are there to greet them.
Our Ronald McDonald Hospitality Cart travels room to room through the pediatric floors at John R. Oshei Children’s Hospital, and through the Mother/Baby and NICU units at Sisters of Charity Hospital, offering patients and families complimentary beverages, snacks, and activities while enabling them to remain at their child’s bedside.
Parents don’t know when their children will need medical help. But they should know they can always access the care they need. And with your help, we can support them all throughout their journey.
